The Opportunity
This is a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
You will be the first point of contact with medical practices across the U.S., generating qualified opportunities for our strategy team.
This is not a passive role — it's high-activity, high-reward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect new partnerships by making a high volume of daily outbound calls throughout the U.S.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
- Pitch a free marketing audit / strategy session
- Book qualified appointments for closers
- Follow up with leads via call, text, and email
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and approach
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of cold calling / SDR / inside sales experience
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Self-motivated — you don't need babysitting
- Competitive mindset (you like winning and making money)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing or healthcare industries is a bonus
Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
